| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育教学管理制度的改革,是成人高等教育改革和发展的一项重要内容。成人高校教学管理由学年制向学分制的转化,是一项新的探索。学分制的实行将对成人高校现有的教学管理机制造成巨大的震撼,这种震撼将促进成人高校社会功能的健全和教育教学水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The reformation of the educational management system is an important task of the reformation and development of adult higher education. The transformation of the adult higher educational management mode, from term system to credit system, is a new probe. The application of credit system will give rise to great shock in the present teaching management mechanism of adult higher education, which will promote the completion of the social functions and improve the education in adult higher education organizations. |
