自主习得教学模式的实践与探索

摘    要:新课程改革推进多年,各地教育教学发生了可喜的变化。在新课程理念的指引下,徐州市大马路小学通过课题研究的方法,立足课堂,逐渐树立了"尊重教育"的核心理念,初步构建了体现尊重教育内涵的"自主习得教学模式"。该模式首次将"习得"概念引入并应用于课堂教学,通过五个环节的教学流程使学生自主学习落到实处,该模式采取开放性设计,强调学生学习的自主性,重视学生学习的"习得"过程,在实践中给学校的发展带来勃勃生机。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the new curriculum, Xuzhou Damalu Primary School has gradually established the core idea of "respecting education" on the basis of classroom teaching, and basically constructed the mode of autonomous acquisition teaching which emphasizes the education connotation.The mode for the first time introduces and applies the concept of "acquisition" to classroom teaching.Adopting five steps of teaching procedures fulfills the goal of autonomous learning.
