| 摘 要： | 以科学发展观为指导,打造一支高素质的高校党建工作干部队伍对推进高等教育事业全面、协调、可持续发展意义重大。要坚持以人为本,立足统筹兼顾,推动改革发展,提高高校党建工作的适应性和针对性,增强高校党建工作干部队伍的综合素质,形成推动高校党建工作科学发展的整体合力,从而不断提高高校党建工作的水平。
