| 摘 要： | 在深入分析排球运动技战术特点的基础上,参考运动训练学和运动心理学的研究思路,在前人研究成果的基础上,对不同水平排球运动员运动决策准确性和速度的差异及训练模式进行探讨。归纳出不同水平排球运动员运动决策准确性和速度差异的本质,根据差异的本质提出了决策教学训练模式并通过教学实验验证了决策教学训练模式的有效性。决策教学训练模式对高水平组和中间水平组排球运动员运动决策准确性和速度的提高作用显著。

| Abstract: | The study,on the basis of thorough analysis of the characteristics of techniques and tacties,taking the research ideology of sports training and psychology for reference, on the foundation of previous studies, explored the the accuracy of exercise decision - making, speed differences and training patterns of different levels of volleyball players. The nature of the accuracy of exercise decision - making and speed differences of different levels of volleyball players was indnced. Furthermorc, according to the differences in nature,the pattern of decision- making teaching and training was brought forward and its validity was proved by the means of teaching experimental.The pattern of decision - making teaching and training played a remarkable role in improving the accuracy of exercise decision - making and speed of high - level and middle - level groups of volleyball players. |
