| 摘 要： | 三网融合给科技期刊带来了冲击和机遇,科技期刊可以充分利用这个契机,实现纸质媒体的电子化,借助电子浏览器技术、个性化营销手段、开放获取等渠道扩大期刊影响,推动科技期刊的数字化转型,使之朝个性化、专业化发展,实现期刊社会效益与经济效益的高度统一。

| Abstract: | Three networks convergence brings the impacts and opportunities,and sci-tech periodicals can fully use the opportunity to realize the electronic paper media,use the browser techniques,individual marketing means,open access and other channels to expands the influences,to promote digital transformation of sci-tech periodicals and development with personalization and specialization,to realized the high unity of social benefit and economic benefit. |
