| 摘 要： | 采用探索性因素分析、多元方差分析与结构公式模型对影响社会体育专业学生的就业因素进行了探讨。分析社会体育专业学生的职业感性认识(包括预期职业满意感和职业承诺)和就业意图。通过设计问卷,调查收集数据,采用对未实习与已实习的社会体育专业学生进行问卷调查。实验表明实习两组学生在实习开始阶段,态度并无差异;实习后实验结果显示,完成全部实习的学生对于社会体育行业的工作态度明显比未完成全部实习的学生消极。此外,通过结构方程模型检验,显示出职业承诺能够影响学生的预期职业满意感和从业意图。
