运动对微量元素代谢的影响

摘    要:微量元素在体内代谢活动中起着重要的作用。目前,国内外对微量元素的研究比较集中于Fe、Zn、Cu等三种元素,并深入到它们与自由基的研究。肌肉的活动特征、强度和机体的训练水平与微量元素含量的关系,以及运动对机体微量元素代谢的影响被着重论述,并指出保持机体微量元素适宜水平对于运动员身体健康和运动能力的正常发挥的重要性,建议在运动训练中要定期地监测和评价运动员体内微量元素的含量,并适当补充微量元素。

Abstract:Trace elements play an important role in organism's metabolism. Research of trace elements centralized in Fe, Zn, Cu had gone deep into the free radical nowadays. The relationship between the characteristic of muscular activity, exercise standard and its content, and the effect of exercise on trace elements metabolism were synthetically analyzed. It is important to keep it proper to protect health, and grantee sporting abilities. Monitored and evaluated in training term,and replenished trace elements were suggested.
