| 摘 要： | 1931年12月,梅贻琦就任清华大学校长,清华进入了梅贻琦时代。在梅贻琦治校时期,清华校务运转顺利,教学与科研等各项事业均取得了长足发展,同时也经历了抗战前学风凌厉的躁动不安阶段。在此期间,梅贻琦的治校思想与清华的教授治校制度得到了完美结合,教授会在治学、民主管理以及维持学风等方面的作用得以充分发挥,清华走上了抗战前发展的辉煌时期。在此意义上,梅贻琦成就了清华,清华也成就了梅贻琦。
