| 摘 要： | 经费的多少决定图书馆的馆藏结构和资源类型，决定了图书馆满足读者需求的比率。网络的快速发展和电子文献的大量涌现，不仅使图书馆的信息资源品种呈多样化，而且使图书馆的经费面临重新分配的问题——是买印刷本还是买电子本？二者的比例如何平衡才能使读者满意度最大化？本文运用经济学中的相关理论对这一问题进行尝试性探讨。

| Abstract: | The amount of a libraries＇ expenditure decides its holding structures and resources types as well as its ratio satisfying the needs of readers. The fast development of the network and large emergence of electronic documents make not only a libraries＇ information resources types diversified, but also its expenditure facing the problem of being anew assigned. Whether does a library buy printed copies or electronic ones of documents？ And how the ratio assigning these two kinds of copies＇ is balanced will maximize the satisfaction degree of readers？ This paper utilizes related theories of economics to make a tentative exploration about this problem. |
