| 摘 要： | 对在高校中如何完善轮滑课的教学内容和教学方法，进行了专门的探讨。改进了教学组织形式，对学生进行了运动心理分析，并导引出具体技术教学方法的改革，再进一步对整个教学计划优化重组。整套的教学改革在实践中证明是可行的，对于提高教学质量起了积极的推动作用，从而达到最终教学目的。

| Abstract: | How to perfect the teaching program and technique of roller skating is discussed in the paper. The form of teaching organization is improved. Sport psychoanalysis is used to the students and the analysis results conduct the reform of the teaching method about the skill. The teaching program is also optimized and recomposed. A complete set of teaching reform is proved feasible in practice. It promotes the improvement of teaching quality and makes the teaching purpose easily be achieved. |
