| Abstract: | The important thoughts of "three Represents" are the principal guiding lines in the development of higher learning in the new era. Institutions of higher learning should carry out the important thoughts of "Three Represents", grasp their essence and combine them with the realities of universities and colleges so that institutions of higher learning can achieve its development comprehensively, coordinately,rapidly and healthily. |
