| 摘 要： | 体育仲裁是一种特殊类型的仲裁,有其自身的特点和法律属性.体育仲裁制度应包含受案范围、仲裁机构、管辖、仲裁程序和举证责任分配等内容.我国体育仲裁应选择强制性"一裁终局"制.人民法院对体育仲裁只进行有限的司法审查.

| Abstract: | Sports arbitrating is a special kind of arbitrating,which has particular character and legal nature.It has the main mechanism of Jurisdiction,effectiveness and the distribution of proof-collecting responsibilities.China's sports arbitrating should choose compulsory mechanism of "first award being the final award". It proposes that the People's Court conducts limited judicial review on sports arbitrating. |
