| 摘 要： | 施工企业项目管理成败与合同管理的好坏有密切关系，合同方面的问题处理不好会给项目造成致命性的打击、给企业造成重创。因此，施工企业必须重视合同及合同管理，防止由于合同管理不善而遭到惩罚。结合施工企业项目合同管理实践中遇到的一些问题，进行总结分析，并提出相应对策及建议。

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship to contract administration and project management of construction enterprise. If the problems about contracts can not deal with well, it may be a death-blow to the project and heavy losses to the enterprise. Therefore, construction enterprises must value highly contracts and contracts management to prevent from being punished because of bad management. The paper summarizes and analyses the problems in practice of contract management and puts forward corresponding measures. |
