| 摘 要： | 基于对辛亥革命前后20年间全国创办报纸的统计和办报活动的调查分析，以表格形式展现报纸创办的基本信息。并对当时报纸的编辑技术、经费与广告、发行模式等进行介绍，阐述报纸宣传对政府的影响以及对民众精神的引领，总结辛亥时期报业的兴盛与重要作用。
