| 摘 要： | 体育观众暴力和不良行为是影响赛事质量的重要因素,对二者的防控应以体系化的规范性文件为前提,但我国现有规范体系存在诸多缺陷与不足,加强对现有文件的体系化建设并适时进行反观众暴力和不良行为立法是有效解决这两个问题的必然要求。

| Abstract: | Sports viewers violence and bad behavior that affect the quality of an important event,the two should be a system of prevention and control of the regulatory documents as the prerequisite,but our system is plagued with existing norms defects and shortcomings,strengthening of the existing document system and timely construction of an anti-violence and bad behavior audience legislation is an effective solution to the problem of the inevitable demand of the two. |
