摘    要:采用文献资料法,分析了谷胱甘肽系统的组成度其生理功能,并探讨了不同运动方式以及低氧训练对谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统的影响及其机制,可为提高低氧训练效果提供理论参考依据。

Abstract:By means of literature review, the authors of this paper have analyzed the structure and physical function of glutathione and antioxidant enzyme system and discussed the effect of different types of exercise and their mechanism, especially the effect of hypoxic exercise on glutathione and antioxidant enzyme system, which may provide some theoretical evidence and reference for improving the results of hypoxic training.
