| 摘 要： | 篮球运动是球员体力、身体素质、技战术和心理智慧的全面对抗,因此,防守和进攻同等重要.对进攻队员采用攻击性防守,对防守提出了更高的要求,即在变被动性防守为主动性进攻的基础上积极地进行攻击性防守.论文主要探析了其意义、目的,以及几种行之有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Bascketball game is a kind of confronation of physical strength, quality, tactics and psychological wisdom as well. Therefore, the defence and attack are both important. Using the defence -attacking needs higher requirement for defence. That is to turn passive defence into active defence - attacking. The article makes an analysis on the significance, aim, and several effective ways about the object. |
