| 摘 要： | 通过向我国33名在职竞走教练员的调查访问,对我国竞走项目现有的优秀人才进行了调查和分析.研究结果表明:我国在训竞走运动员的年龄结构基本上符合2008奥运会的竞走比赛条件.而在人数上稍显不足;对在训竞走运动员的运动潜力只是基本满意,非常满意的运动员数量很少;我国竞走运动员技术与世界优秀运动员的技术有较大差异.

| Abstract: | Based on the interview investigation among 33 race-walking coaches in China,this study conducted a deeply research and analysis on the reserved race-walkers.The results of this study indicated that the national walkers are available on the age for 2008 Olympic Games;however,the number of athletes is insufficient;It is satisfied with the reserved walkers,but the number is not enough;There are certain differences of technique between Chinese walkers and world-level athletes. |
