| Abstract: | Information resources development policies of libraries in developed countries are relatively complete and reasonable.The essay concludes that on the basis of drawing foreign experiences,libraries in China should establish and improve Chinese-characterized information resources development policies from eight aspects,such as intellectual property and fund investment,etc. |
