| 摘 要： | 体育无形资产是造就强大体育产业的最直接的物质基础，是判断体育产业发展水平的重要指标。本分析了我国体育无形资产开发中存在的法律不够健全和完善、经营管理和开发水平不高、不重视中介机构等主要问题，提出了建立健全体育法律体系、加强体育资产的开发和管理水平、重视中介机构的作用、培养体育经济人才等相应的对策。
