| 摘 要： | 通过对目前学校体育实施素质教育实践过程中所存在问题的理论分析，旨在探索优化学校体育周边环境及开辟多元实验途径与办法的改革措施。提出学校体育应联结社会，改革竞赛内容与组织办法，充分利用体育表娱乐等手段，以实现人的价值、提高以创新能力为主的全面能力的发展为前提，把握素质教育本质，全面改革学校体育，实现由国家、社会、学校、家庭及个体共同协作，多元培养的新举措。

| Abstract: | The purpose the paper is to explore measure of improving school surrounding and establishing pluralistic approach for implementation by theoretical analysis in the course of Quality Education reform The author think that school physical education should ally society,reform content of contest and organization methods,make good use of Physical Education's performance and entertainment in order to realize person's value,raise all_round ability development in the light of main invention,grsap the intrinsic of Quality Education,entirely refoum school physical education,realize the various new training method by country,society,school,family and individual cooperation |
