| 摘 要： | 运用调查统计的方法对第八届全国运动会女子举重比赛出现的情况进行了分析。重点探讨、分析了教练员对比赛战术的运用，运动员试举失败的教训，成功的经验以及运动员抓举与挺举之间的比例问题。旨在促进我国女子举重运动水平不断提高。

| Abstract: | By using the method of statistical investigation, the problems that appeared in the women'sweight-lifting competition of the Chinese Eighth National Games were analyzed. Emphasis was placed on thediscussion and analysis of the coachers' application of tactics in competition, the lessons of the weightlifters'unsuccessful trail, their experiences of success and the proportion of snatch to clean and jerk. The purpose ofthat was to constantly improve the weight-lifting level of the Chinese women weightlifters. |
