| 摘 要： | 我国的教育理念正在发生重大变化,在新的形势下,积极推进教育教学改革,创新人才培养模式是高等学校主动、灵活地适应社会经济发展的关键环节.文章提出了实行学分制,促进个性发展;改革教学形式,注重学生能力培养的措施和方法,为教育教学改革和创新人才培养模式提供参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | Chinese education philosophy changed largely since 2006.Under new situation,it becomes a key that higher colleges suit the development of social economic by improving education reform actively and innovating personnel training mode.The paper puts forward that higher colleges should carry out credit system,improve personality development,reform teach form and pay attention to the methods of students ability training,it supplies reference for education reform and innovating personnel training mode. |
