| 摘 要： | 知识共享是产业集群内部存在的一种重要机制。总结产业集群内部知识共享的模式和影响因素,探讨知识共享和知识产权的关系,并以东莞松山湖高新区生物技术产业集群为例,借用SECI模式理论,构建出产业集群的知识共享模型。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing is an important mechanism of the cluster. This paper summarizes patterns and influencing factors about knowledge sharing of industrial cluster, explores the relationship between knowledge sharing and intellectual property. Taking Biotechnology Industrial Cluster in Dongguan Songshan Lake National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone as an example,it builds the knowledge-sharing model of industrial clusters with the SECI model theory. |
