| 摘 要： | 从已出版的《国际海事条约汇编》中摘录出几段,分析译文对原文在逻辑关系的掌握、英语词汇的理解、专业术语的使用、中文表述的流畅上存在的问题,根据传统的翻译理论及相关法律与专业知识,提出对原译文的几点修改意见,使译文更加准确、流畅、易懂.

| Abstract: | A few paragraphs are abstracted from Collection of International Maritime Treaties.Compared with the original English versions,some problems in Chinese expressing are appointed out in comprehending the meanings in professional glossary usage etc.,then the exact,fluent,concise translations are given to the reader as reference. |
