燃煤添加剂的性能研究

摘    要:本文从煤炭的燃烧机理出发,分析了燃煤过程中热值低及产生污染的主要原因,通过单一和复合添加剂实验测定,证明添加剂能够降低燃点、促进燃烧、增加热值、减少污染;并讨论了添加剂的性能。添加剂一方面促进煤的盐基交换,使煤成为着火性能较好的腐植酸盐,另一方面使煤分子断裂成相对较小的分子,有利于析出易燃挥发分和煤的热传导。使用复合的添加剂,可以在不同温度下释放出活性氧、降低活化能,利于煤的完全燃烧效率。

Abstract:Proceed from burning mechanism of the coal,this paper has analyzed the main reason why the low yield of calorific value grows pollution in the combustion process.It determines through the single and compound additive experiment,proves that the additive can reduce the ignition point,promotes burning,increase calorific value,reduce pollution.It has discussed the per- formance of the additive respectively.On one hand the additive promotes the salt base of the coal to exchange,makes the coal become and catches fire sour salt of rotten bone withbetter performance,on the other hand makes the coal molecule rupture into a relatively smaller molecule,help to precipitate to get the heat-conductions of the volatil matter and coal.Using the compound additive,activation can release active oxygenand reduce at different temperature,favorable to the complete combustion of the coal to reach the ignition point of reducing,improve calorific value and reach the purpose to reduce pollution.
