| 摘 要： | 高等教育改革带来的新课题层出不穷,使高校思想政治教育面临严峻挑战;高校政治辅导员的素质不能完全适应工作的需要,其专业化程度和政治理论水平亟待提高;加强辅导员队伍的继续教育,需要健全继续教育体系、科学规划培训内容、构建专业化机制,以提升辅导员的专业化和职业化的能力和水平。

| Abstract: | The new issues that the higher education reformation brought are emerging incessantly,which makes university ideological and political education face severe challenges.The quality of university instructors cannot fully adapt to the need of the work,and their professional ability and political theory level ought to be enhanced urgently.Strengthening the instructors' continuing education needs improve continuing education system,plan training content scientifically and establish professional mechanism to enhance the instructors' professional ability and level. |
