| 摘 要： | 我国体育学博士研究生的培养还处于初级阶段,有一系列问题是值得思考的,如规范入学考试,招收优质生源,把招生纳入博士研究生培养的全程中;严格导师资格,扩大导师队伍;创设条件,多种途径培养博士研究生的创新能力;监控学位论文研究过程,提升论文质量等问题.鉴于当前体育学博士研究生培养的现状,要着重研究提高培养质量的策略.

| Abstract: | cultivating sport discipline doctor postgraduates is still in primary stage in China and some questions are worth researching,such as how to select excellent students and make scientific procedure,be strict with the quality of mentor and increase the quantity,cultivate the innovation capability of doctor postgraduates through many ways,and monitor the process of making doctor dissertation for improving quality.Based on this situation,many strategies should be researched for improving the quality of doctor postgraduates. |
