摘    要:"多元整合"程序教学方法主要依据运动技能转移、"程序"教学方法和主动性等原理把踢、停、顶、运、抢、断、假等七大技术进行"整合"程序式教学,在教学顺序上,依据由易到难循序渐进原理,按照正脚背、脚背外侧、脚背内侧、脚内侧、脚尖、脚跟的顺序进行教学,充分利用大学生的心理特点,发挥学生自主性和主观能动性,使教学对象尽快领会足球运动的内涵和魅力,成为终身体育的重要手段之一.

Abstract:Based on the principles of diverting sports skills, programmed instruction methods and the theory of activeness, the programmed instruction method of "Multi-dimensional integration of Skills" integrates the main seven techniques of football which include kicking, stopping, heading, dribbling, snatching, separating and pretending. In the aspect of teaching order, based on the teaching principle from the easy points to the difficult content, the new teaching model conduct the teaching of football in an order of front instep, outside of instep, inside of instep, inside of foot, tiptoe and heel, which make advantages of college students' psychological characteristics, thereby evoking students' study activeness and subjective initiatives, facilitating students to grasp the connotation and attraction of the football, and making the football become one of important means in their life-long sports.
