| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是由高等学校和高等教育机构实施的,旨在培养高等技术人才的高等教育。高职教育的这种定位决定了高职学报的特定宗旨内涵,即:面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线,突出应用理论的研究,侧重于应用技术的开发和推广。所以,发掘、扶植学术新人,培育及保护他们在教学、科研工作中体现出的创新意识,就形成了高职学报明确的功能定位。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education,implemented by universities and higher education authorities,aims at cultivating higher technical talents.Such orientation of higher vocational education determines the special tenet and connotation of the higher educational journal,i.e.,facing the front line of production,construction,management and service,highlighting the research of the practical theory,and emphasizing the development and popularization of the practical technology.Therefore,the purpose of higher educational journal is to find and foster the academic new talents,cultivate and protect the innovative sense in teaching and scientific researching. |
