| 摘 要： | 通过对中老年人参加健身气功·易筋经锻炼前后部分体质指标变化的研究.结果表明:中老年人参加健身气功·易筋经"新功法锻炼3个月后,神经系统动态反应速度和平衡能力有了明显提高;练功半年后,能使中老年人体质得到比较全面的改善,表现为练功者的身体形态、呼吸机能、柔韧性、握力、平衡力等都有显著性良好变化,;并且练功半年到一年这一阶段基本保持一个较稳定的良好状态.证明:健身气功·易筋经对中老年锻炼者的体质有着积极的改善作用,值得在中老年人群中大力推广.

| Abstract: | This paper researches the changes of partial physique indicators before and after the middle-aged and elderly persons participated in Health Qigong(Yi Jinjing) exercises.The results indicate that the nervous system dynamic response speed and the balance ability had the distinct enhancement after the middleaged and elderly persons participated in 3 months Health Qigong(Yi Jinjing) exercises.After half a year exercises,Yi Jinjing enables the human body physique to be comprehensively improved.Middle-aged and elderly persons' body shape,breath function,flexibility,strength,and balance ability all have obviously been improved.Furthermore,middle-aged and elderly persons basically maintain a stable good condition for this exercise's stage from half a year to a year.The results prove that Health Qigong(Yi Jinjing) exercise has the positive effects on middle-aged and elderly persons' physique and it is well worth being promoted among middle-aged and elderly persons. |
