| Abstract: | The relationship between the original agency of particular administrative activities and the agency of administrative reconsideration and their respective status in administrative litigation is a problem left unnoticed. The article points out the week-points and problems of the current law in our country,and puts forward that the original agency of particular administrative activities and the agency of administrative reconsideration should take an important part in the administrative litigation. |
