| 摘 要： | 以社会改革和发展为背景,采用个案研究、献研究、调查访问相结合的方法,对体院高校运动系人才培养现状与改革对策进行深入探讨,找出体育院校运动系在课程设置、培养方式、培养目标上存在的问题;分析社会发展对高知层教练员的需求;论证体育院校办好运动系是教育改革和体育改革的需要,是体育院校办学特色的需要;剖析“南体模式”提出改进后的体育校运动系人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | On the background of reformation and social development , the author discusses the situation and reformation countermeasure in students' cultivation in sports department , and finds a few problem existed in practice ,such as the curriculum setting ,method of cultivation , aim of cultivation etc . He thinks the modified "Nanti Model" is a ideal way to do it . |
