| 摘 要： | 针对目前职业类院校的表面贴装技术工艺SMT手工焊接的教学没有一个技术的规范和标准问题,结合企业实践经验,探索和总结有效的SMT手工焊接培训方案和手段,形成基于行业标准的一套SMT手工焊接水平的评价鉴定标准,使学生切实掌握现代焊接的高级技能,为以后更好地胜任相应岗位打下扎实的基础.

| Abstract: | The teaching of manual welding concerning surface mount technology（SMT） in vocational colleges lacks standard.The paper proposes an effective training approach to manual welding and an evaluation standard for it based on practical experience in enterprises,which enables the students to master the modern welding skill and helps them lay a solid foundation to be qualified for corresponding posts after graduation. |
