| 摘 要： | 学分制是现代高等教育的一种教学管理制度，教学运行模式将直接影响学分制的实施。从学分制教学管理特征入手，提出构建新的课程体系、实行更有利于学生主体发展的管理制度、完善学分制教学管理运行保障系统，从而形成学分制条件下教学管理的良好运行模式。

| Abstract: | Credit system, a form of education management in modern colleges and universities, is greatly affected by education operation modei. By presenting the characteristics of credit system, the paper comes up with the ideas of constructing a new curriculum system and a management system more favorable for students' de-velopment, and thus puts forwards some ways to guarantee the operation of this education management so as to form a fine operation modei of education management under credit system. |
