| 摘 要： | 近年来，建构主义理论为传统教学改革提供了广阔的思辨空间。试从认知领域的角度出发分析建构主义的教学理念；阐述其给体育教学改革所带来的新启发以及目前体育教学改革所应拓展的宏观方向和切入点。
