| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between Peking University and the intellectuals from Anhui.MA Qi-chang and YAO Yong-pu were once teachers there;CHEN Du-xiu was in charge of the school of Arts;HU Shi and WANG Xing-gong also taught in Peking University.Being the president of the school of Arts,CHEN Du-xiu reformed the style of study and the curriculum there,thus making Peking University the center of the New Culture Movement. |
