| 摘 要： | 训练经验是经验训练的知识基础，是教练员在自己的运动实践或运动生涯中经历了无数次成功和失败所得到的，具有很强的个体性，而且需要花费较长的时间积累。科学理论知识和技术知识是科学训练的知识基础。通常并不是教练员个人直接经验的积累，而是由专门的机构和人员进行科学研究得到的成果。以训练经验为知识基础进行训练，选择训练方法的方式多为类比法，缺乏创造性；以科学理论知识为基础进行训练，选择训练方法的方式多为演绎推理法，比较注重知识的创新。训练水平越高，以科学理论为知识基础进行训练就越重要。

| Abstract: | The paper affirms that experience in sport training is knowledge foundation of empiric sport training.The experience that coaches get through numerous successes or failure in their work is possessed by individual.They are accumulated for a long time.Theoretical knowledge of science which are achievements gained by special organization and personnel is knowledge foundation of scientific sport training.When sport training is based on empiric knowledge,training methods are chosen through an empiric analogy,which is short of creativity.But when based on scientific knowledge,training methods in sport are chose through deductive inference,which attaches importance to bringing forth new ideas. |
