| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告指出:"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国。教育是民族振兴的基石,教育公平是社会公平的重要基础。要全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持育人为本、德育为先,实施素质教育,提高教育现代化水平,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,办好人民满意的教育。优化教育结构,促进义务教育均衡发展,加快普及高中阶段教育,大力发展职业教育,提高高等教育质量。"本文立足全国的实际,对今后高职教育的大走势进行分析,并展望其发展前景,提出可行性建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Party's 17th conference report points out, "We should give priority to development of education and construct human resources in order to strengen our country. The education is the cornerstone by which the nationality promotes, and the education fair is the important basis of the social justice. We Must implement party's educational policy comprehensively, insist that educating persons and the moral education be the first, carry out quality education, improve the education modernization level, raise socialism constructors and the successors with full scale development on the morality, intelligence , physique and beauty. We should optimize educational structure , promote balanced development of compulsory education, speed up the popularization of senior middle school stage education, develop the vocational education vigorously and improve the higher education quality." Based the national reality, this article carries on the analysis of next higher vocational education's big trend , forecasts its prospects of development and proposes the feasible measure. |
