从太原理工大学看高校入学女生体质状况

摘    要:为了揭示高校入学女生的体质现状,为今后进一步体育教育改革和提高女大学生的体质提供科学依据.采用测试与数据统计法对太原理工大学1992-2002年10年间的体质指标测试数据进行对比分析.结果表明:该校入学女生的身高、体重、胸围三项身体形态指标呈上升趋势,但增幅不大,其体格发育仍为"细长型"(豆芽型);肺活量呈下降趋势;身体素质中的耐力素质显下滑趋势,其它三项指标都有不同程度的提高.

Abstract:This paper aims to explore the situation of the physical fitness of female college students at the enrollment of higher education, in order to provide scientific references for the further reforms and improvement of female college students' physical fitness. With the combination of examination and statistics analysis, this paper conducts a comparative analysis on the test results of physique indexes from 1992 to 2002. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: the three bodily feature indexes, such as height, weight, and circumference, shows a increasing tend in the ten-year period, however, the increasing extent is not significant. The development of the physique is still characterized as the type of slightness; the vital capacity reduces continuously; the stamina and endurance quality indicates a reducing tendency, while the other three index get increase to the different extent.
