| Abstract: | The head teacher is the core figure in a class,which plays an important role in the guidance of students’life and study.The construction of a good teacher-student relationship can create a comfortable environment for students and promote the growth of students’physical and mental health.Especially for middle school students,they are in adolescence,more rebellious in thought,which brings some difficulty to class management of class teachers.Only by optimizing the relationship with students can we improve the quality of class management.Based on this,this paper will analyze and study the strategy of building a good relationship between teachers and students. |
