| 摘 要： | 当前,对于我国西部的众多省区来说,一个十分令人关注的热点,就是入世WTO后加快市场经济发展的问题。本文通过市场经济发展的回顾与反思,对建立良好的市场经济秩序,加快农村市场化的进程,发展非公有制经济,以及强化政府公共职能等重要问题进行了分析和研究。

| Abstract: | Presently, an attracting issue facing provinces in westem China is how to accelerate the development of market economy after china' s admission to WTO. By retrospecting and pondering on the growth of market economy, this paper gives an analysis and study on such important issues as setting up a good order in market economy, accelerating the market development in the countryside, developing non-public-owned economy and reinforcing government's public function. |
