| 摘 要： | 在献研究和社会调查的基础上，时北京市9个区的群众体育化建设：包括体育观念、体育组织机构与制度、群众体育活动、体育场地设施等方面的情况进行了分析，指出存在的不足，根据2008年人奥运要求，提出了面向2008年奥运会北京群众体育化建设的指导思想、总体目标、基本任务和战略措施。

| Abstract: | Based on researching literatures and social investigation,the paper analyze the culture construction on the mass sports culture of the 9 districts of Beijing,including physical education concept etc.Pointing out some problems and putting forwards a series of development strategy concepts including guiding ideology,general aim,basis task and the strategy steps of how to improve the mass sports culture construction of Beijing. |
