| 摘 要： | 社会转型是当前全民健身计划实施中不容回避的时代背景。当前剧烈的社会转型是中国社会经济发展的必然,也造成全民健身推进过程中的诸多困境。运用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,阐述了“转型社会”对社会体育在管理、政策实施等方面的影响,提出全民健身实施应注意的若干方略。
