| 摘 要： | 基于新的教育环境以及职业学校学生的特点,班主任必须以心理教育理念指导自己的教育实践。这些理念包括德心健康的教育和谐理念、精神成长的教育目标理念、面向全体的教育服务理念和多元智能的教育评价理念;与此同时,发挥自己独特的心理教育优势,与学生开展积极的心理对话,激发学生向上的动力,开发学生的潜能,还要加强班级心理环境建设,以自身积极的心理状态影响、感染学生。
