| 摘 要： | 在运动生物力学技术研究和计算机模拟的基础上，对双杠屈体后空翻这一超E组的高难度动作进行研究和技术分析，指导我国优秀运动员黄旭在短时间内高标准地掌握这一动作，并用于比赛获得成功，从而总结出该动作的技术规律和比较先进的教学方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the sports biomechanical research and computer simulation the backward somersault with 2 saltos piked on parallel bars, a supper E movement in gymnastics has been studied. The excellent gymnast Huang Xu was guided to learn it in his training. After a short time, he successfully performed this movement in the championships . the rule of the techniques and the advanced teaching method were summarized up . |
