学分制对传统德育教育模式的影响探析

摘    要:学分制教育管理模式的实施。体现了因材施教的现代教育理念,为学生的个性发展、创新人才的培养提供了制度上的保证。对高校传统的德育教育模式提出了新的挑战,同时也将促进高校传统的德育教育模式的变革。这就要求高校德育工作者的管理理念由“警察型”向“服务型”转变,德育教育模式由“单一灌输型”向“统分结合、共性与个性结合”的模式转变,全面改革传统的高校德育体系和素质量化评价体系,注重对学生实践能力的培养,创建新型的德育管理体制和动态开放全面的德育评价体系,实现德育手段的现代化。

Abstract:Credit system is the symbol of the modern education concept of individualized development of the students which provides a system safeguarding the development of personality and creativity of the students, and at the same time offers a challenge as well as a reformation model to the conventional moral education in universities. This will require the adaptation of the administrative concept from "supervision" to "service", the pattern from simply "cramming" to "a combination of the collective and the personal, as well as the common and the individual", which is to be achieved by means of reforming the conventional moral education and its evaluation system, and emphasizing the ability of the students, for the modernization of moral education.
