蔗糖阴极还原合成甘露醇的研究

摘    要:以蔗糖为原料,经盐酸水解生成等量的葡萄糖和果糖,然后以这种转化糖为阴极液进行电解,考察了电极材料、pH、电流密度、温度、总糖起始浓度等因素,确定最佳试验条件为:用石墨做阴极材料,pH=11.00,电流密度2.0A/dm2,温度40℃,总糖起始浓度0.6mol/L,支持电解液浓度0.45mol/L,在最佳试验条件下,总糖的转化率可达80%,甘露醇的产率可达30%.

Abstract:Hydrolysis of sucrose under HCl term produces fructose and glucose, which by electro-reduction to study the synthesis of Mannitol, Factors influencing the yield of Mannitol are electrode material, pH, current density, temperature of reaction, concentration of sugars, concentration of supporting electrolyte, The optimum conditions are determined, Graphite as the cathode material, pH=11.00, current density of 2.0 A/dm~2, temperature of reaction is 40℃, the concentration of sucrose is 0.6 mol/L,the concentration of supporting electrolyte is 0.45 mol/L, the conversion of sucrose could be as high as 80%.
