摘    要:培养与保持人们的体育锻炼行为是成功实施全民健身计划的基础性工作,人们的体育锻炼行为是复杂的社会行为,不能被规定,而只能被选择。本文从体育社会心理学角度,运用行为变化阶段模式理论和自我效能理论对我国人群的体育锻炼行为进行研究,对于探寻培养和保持体育锻炼行为的有效方法手段有积极的作用。

On Launching Researches in Social Psychology of Sport to PromoteImplement of Plan of Fitness for All

Abstract:Development and maintenance of people's exercise behavior is a basical task for plan for all to be corried out successfully. People's exercise behavior, which is acomplicated social behavior, can not be imposed upon them, only be chosen themself.Themedia and exercise promotion programs have limitations for promoing exercise behavior to be chosen. However, applying the stages - of - change model and self- efficacy theory to study of exercise behavior among Chinese people with a social psychology perspective would be greatly effective for probing effective methods of development and maintenace of exercise behavior.
