| 摘 要： | 学校体育中发生伤害事故不可避免,事故原因复杂多样.运用法律手段妥善处理事故,是解决事故纠纷的主要途径.以法律和事实为依据,对学校体育活动事故适用的法律范畴、法律责任承担和免责条件进行了分析.试从现行的相关法律法规人手,简述了我国体育伤害事故的赔偿机制的缺陷,结合高校体育的具体实际,就此进行分析和探讨.

| Abstract: | In physical educatlon,the injury accidents are inevitable and there are various factors involved in the accidents. Making a deep analysis into the legal sphere,legal liability and absolutional conditions applied in Campus physical education activities on the basis of law and facts. Meanwhile, a specific analysis is made of responsibility of the school and college teachers in such cases,and suggestions are given to prevent injury accidents in physical education classes of colleges. |
